沙城龙眼葡萄园土壤中酵母菌多样性研究 被引量:6

摘要 为分离筛选具有产区特色的菌种,本实验采用梯度稀释和划线分离技术,从沙城地区3个龙眼葡萄园土壤中共分离得到210株酵母菌。按照形态表型分为9类,又利用核糖体5.8S rDNA-ITS区域RFLP方法将这9类酵母在分子水平上进行了区分,其中两类酵母为常见酵母,分别为东方伊萨酵母(Issatchenkia orientalis)和热带假丝酵母(Candida tropicalis)。实验证明了该地区土壤中酵母菌的多样性。 To isolate and screen characteristic yeast strains,210 yeast strains were isolated from soils from three Longan grape plantations in Shacheng region by gradient dilution and streak plate methods. These stains were classified into nine groups according to their morphological phenotypes,and the nine groups were identified by 5.8S ITS restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) analysis,and two of them,Issatchenkia orientalis and Candida tropicalis,were common yeast strains. This study confirms the biodiversity of yeast in the oil of this region.
