摘要
心肾综合征是一种常见与多发的并行现象,目前主要分为5种类型。临床上一旦出现这种并行现象,死亡率会明显增高。其发生的机理十分复杂,目前并不十分清楚,可能与多种因素有关。虽然利尿剂仍是处理这种现象的主要方法,但绝大多数情况下,病人都会出现利尿剂抵抗,目前已有的其它处理方法仍存在争议,寻找新的处理方法是今后发展的方向。
Cardiorenal syndrome is a common and muhiple simultaneous phenomenon. At present it has been mainly divided into five categories clinically patients with this phenomenon are associated with a substantial increase in mortality. Its underlying pathophysiology is extremely complicated and now not very clear. It may correlate with many factors. Although diuretics have been the mainstay of treatment of cardiorenal syndrome, a significant proportion of patients will develop diuretic resistance. There is much controversy over the other existing treatments. Seeking new cure is the direction for the future.
