摘要
目的：探索合理矫正严重上尿路扩张、较大程度地恢复上尿路形态和功能的方法。方法：对 ６ 侧巨输尿管症的下段管腔和９ 例严重肾积水的萎缩皮质进行手术折叠，缩小上尿路扩大的内腔。结果：手术后随访６ 个月～１ 年，尿路造影显示：４ 侧巨输尿管管径缩小，具备了一定的抗膀肮尿液返流能力，肾功能改善；５ 例肾积水患者的肾体积和内腔缩小，尿液引流通畅，肾功能改善。结论：折叠手术有利于严重扩张的上尿路形态和功能的恢复，保护肾功能，减少手术后并发症。
Objective: To explore a way to correct the size and shape of highly dilated uppere urinary tracts for improving their functions. Methods: By folding the walls of mega ureters in five cases and fibro thin renal cortex of severe hydronephrosis in 9 cases to narrow their size and space as a part of operation. Results: six months to one year after operation on urogram,the size and shape of 3 operated mega uretcrs and 5 operated hydronephrosis changed obvious1y, and their functions were improvd,the antireflux abilities of mega ureters were strengthened, also the draining of urine went smoothly. Conc1usion: The folding techniques in the operaiion of high1y dilated upper urinary tracts are helpful to restore their size and shape, to protect the renal function, and to reduce the postoperative complications.
