摘要
目的:调查患者对护生临床实习行为的支持情况。方法:采用自行设计调查表对我院500例住院患者进行调查。结果:患者对护生实习行为普遍支持,但是对实际各项护理活动则表现为较强的选择性支持态度,对护生的失误行为接受度较低。结论:带教老师应该主动评估和重视患者对护生实习的支持情况,采取切实措施提高支持水平,保障护生学习权利,提高实习质量。
Objective：To investigate the support of inpatients for the practice behaviors of intern nursing students.Methods：A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the inpatients.Results：The inpatients were generally supportive the practice behaviors of the nursing students.But when they faced the actual performance of the nursing activity,the attitude of the inpatients was selectively supportive with a low level of reception of the nursing students＇ errors behavior.Conclusion：The teacher should take the assessment and pay attention to the inpatients＇ supportive attitude of nursing students initiatively,and take effective measures to raise the level of support,indemnify the rights of nursing students,so as to improve the quality of practice.
