Direct Determination of Lead in Whole Blood by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

摘要 目的改进石墨炉原子吸收法直接测定血液中铅的方法。方法 TritonX-100作为血液稀释剂,磷酸二氢铵作为基体改进剂,通过优化仪器实验条件,直接进样测定全血中铅。结果血铅浓度在0~100μg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.9997,最低检出限为0.014μg/L,相对标准偏差小于3.14%,回收率在96.5%~103.5%之间。结论该方法简便,快速,灵敏度高,精密度好,结果准确,适用于直接测定血液中铅。 [Objective]To improve the method of graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry for direct determination of lead in whole blood.[Methods]Triton X-100 was adopted as the leptumtic,and ammonium dihydrogen phosphate was adopted as the matrix modifier. By optimizing the experimental conditions,lead in whole blood was determined with direct injection.[Results]The linear relationship is good when blood lead concentration is within the range of 0 ~ 100 μg/L,the correlation coefficient is 0. 9997,the minimum detection limit is 0. 014 μg/L,the relative standard deviation is less than 3. 14% ,and the recovery rate is 96. 5% ~ 103. 5% .[Conclusion]The method is simple and rapid,which had high sensitivity,good precision and accurate results,and it is suitable for direct determination of lead in whole blood.
