摘要
为了解“漂浮膝”手术治疗的效果,回顾性分析了1988年以来我院收治的21例资料.本组选用的治疗方法以手术为主,18例经8个月～3年的随访,除1例股骨发生骨不连外,其余均骨性愈合;膝关节功能恢复正常14例,部分受限3例,严重受限1例.强调手术治疗的必要性,固定方式宜用外固定架或Ender钉,以及重视术后膝关节的功能锻炼.
To investigate the operative results of floating knee, 21 case data were retrospectively analyzed since 1988. Operation was the main method. Eighteen cases underwent a follow-up of 8 months to 3 years. All patients had bone healing except one case having non-union of bone. The recovery of knee joint function was normal in 14 cases, part-limited motion of knee joint in 3 cases and serious limited motion in one case. External fixator or Ender nail was firstly chosen. Besides, functional exercise of knee joint must be emphasized after operation.
