摘要
农民合作社是农产品流通源头的最佳蓄水池和流动加速器。目前应大力培育和发展农民合作社,提高农产品生产和货源供给的规模经济水平,增强农民(合作社)在流通渠道中的讨价还价能力,保护其收入正常增长,使他们有发展农业生产的持续动力;建立符合技术规程和质量标准要求的规范化农业生产制度,提高科学种植和养殖水平,提高农产品质量,增强有效供给能力,扩大销路,助推农民增收;加强交通运输和物流基础设施建设,构建畅通高效的农产品物流通道;继续实施市场建设工程,增强批发市场和超市的营销服务功能,建立和实行中央批发市场拍卖制度,发展直卖店铺,减少中间环节,提高农产品流通效率。
Farmer cooperatives are the best reservoir and accelerator for the circulation of agricultural product.we should further improve the cultivation and development of farmer cooperatives,improve the production and supply of agricul turalproduct in terms of the scale and economic level,enhance the capacity for bargaining in circulation channel,guarantee the regular rise of income and maintain the sustainable development of agricultural production.Second,we should formulate the standardized system for agricultural production,improve the level of scientific breeding and planting,improve the quality of agricultural product and construct the smooth and effective channel for agricultural product logistics.And third,we should continue the project of market construction,enhance the role wholesale market and supermarket play in marketing service,formulate and implement the auction system in central wholesale market,development the direct sale shops to decrease the intermediate links and improve the efficiency of agricultural product circulation.
