摘要
对外调制光纤ＡＭ－ＣＡＴＶ系统中的附加相位调制法抑制ＳＢＳ的原理，以及相位调制法抑制ＳＢＳ时光纤ＡＭ－ＣＡＴＶ中的非线性失真与噪声进行了详细分析与计算，发现附加相位调制对系统的多径干扰（ＭＰＩ）噪声有一定的抑制作用，而且只要相位调制信号的频率大于２倍的ＣＡＴＶ频带的最大频率，色散引起的非线性失真还可以忽略不计。
This paper presents the principle of using additional phase modulation to supress SBS in exter-nally modulated AM-CATV system and detailed analysis and calculation of nonlinear distortion and noise in fiberoptic AM-CATV when phase modulation is used to supress SBS. It is found that additional phase modulation su-presses multipath interference in the system to a certain extent. As long as the frequency of phase modulation sig-nal is greater than 2 times of the highest frequency of CATV frequency band, nonlinear distortion resulted fromdispersion is neglegible.
