摘要
化学复合镀Ni-P-PTFE镀层具有低的摩擦系数和自润滑性能.通过销环试验机测得镀层的摩擦系数;展现随着镀层中PTFE含量的增加,镀层摩擦系数先降低后稍有提高.PTFE含量为9wt%时,摩擦系数最低.对硬度及磨损率的测试,得出随着PTFE含量的增加,镀层硬度显著下降,在振动干摩擦磨损条件下的耐磨性也降低。
Elecboless composite Ni - P - PTFEE plating has fow friction coefficient and seif-lubrication performance.Compoition and organization are studied by means of x-ray diffration and SEM, and the friction coefficients of coating is obtained by pin tester. The friction coefficient reduces while PTFE content increases and PTFE 9wt% coating is optimum for reduction of friction. Results show that hardness reduces remarkably as PTFE content increas-es and so is the abrasion loss uner dri friction abrasion. The relations of corrosion resistance of coating and PTFE content is studied and the results show corrosion resistance of coating reduces as PTFE content increases.
