摘要
为评价垃圾填埋场对周围环境的污染风险,在识别阜新垃圾填埋场主要风险物质及潜在环境风险事故类型的基础上,根据渗滤液污染地下水的幕景假设,建立对流-弥散-吸附一维水质风险模型,预测地下水污染情况,并采用健康风险评价模型评价环境风险。结果表明:该垃圾填埋场的主要风险物质是垃圾渗滤液和填埋气体;渗滤液污染地下水是该垃圾填埋场的最大可信事故;NH3-N、Hg、Fe和Mn在预测期的最大质量浓度均超过地下水Ⅲ类水质标准;阜新市垃圾填埋场渗滤液渗漏污染地下水属于可接受风险。该结果可为有效降低垃圾填埋场对周围环境的污染风险提供依据。
Aimed at investigating the landfill site pollution hazards to surrounding environment, this paper describes the development of one dimensional water quality risk model featuring convection-dispersion-adsorption for predicting the contamination of groundwater, according to the hypothesis of curtain scene of leachate pollution of groundwater, and based on the recognition of main risk material in Fuxin landfill and the type of potential environment risk accident, and highlights the adoption of the model of health risk assessment to assess environment risk. The results show that the main risk materials of landfill sites are landfill leachate and landfill gas; leachate pollution of groundwater is the most creditable acci- dent of the landfill; NH3 -N, Hg, Fe, and Mn concentration are all more than groundwater quality standard for Grade III in terms of the maximum concentration of the forecast period; leakage of leachate pollutes groundwater is considered to be an acceptable risk in Fuxin city. The results can provide basis for the effective mitigation of the landfill site pollution hazards threatening surrounding environment.
