摘要
用DAPI和FITC染色荧光显微术测量花粉DNA和蛋白质含量,探讨光敏核不育水稻农垦58s在自然长日照下花粉败育的生理生化机制。研究表明,败育从花粉母细胞减数分裂初期已经开始,此期农垦58s的DNA绝对含量和蛋白质相对含量均低于对照农垦58,在单核中期降低更加明显,因而,阻止了花粉的进一步发育,引起败育。表明农垦58s育性与核酸、蛋白质代谢有关。
A study has been made on the physiologic and biochemical mechanism in PGMR NongKen 58s during pollen abortion in natural longday by measurement of pollen DNA and protein content with DAPI and FITC fluorescene microscopy.The abortion began from initial stage of pollen mother cell(PMC)meiosis and absolute content of DNA and relative content of protein in pollen of Nongken 58s were respectively less than that of Nongken 58. Both contents dropped much more abviousy at the uninucleate midstage. Pollen development was furtherly prevented and pollen abortion was resulted in at last. The results indicated that the fertility of Nongken 58s was related to metabolisms of nucleate acid and protein.
