摘要
以乙二醇为溶剂,柠檬酸为胶溶剂,用溶胶凝胶法,合成固体氧化物燃料电池阴极材料La07Sr03MnO3·粉料的平均粒径为70nm;粒度分布为40~80nm,低温(1000℃)下即可获得单相钙钛矿结构的阴极材料·
La 0 7 Sr 0 3 MnO 3 used as cathode materials for SCFE was synthesized through the sol gel process. Ethylene glycol and citric acid were used to make dissolvent and peptization. The particle diameter distribution of powders is 40 to 80nm. The averaage particle size of powders is 70nm. The cathode material La 0 7 Sr 0 3 MnO 3 of perovskite type was synthesized at 1000℃. The electronic conductivity of La 0 7 Sr 0 3 MnO 3 is higher than 10 4s·m -1 at 1000℃.
