简要说明离散小波变换(DWT)的Malat算法·分析了一维离散小波变换DWT不能完全重构信号的原因·对二维离散小波变换DWT的重构性进行了讨论·在此基础上提出改进型的Malat二维DWT算法·压缩实验表明改进型的Malat二维DWT算法对提高图像压缩及重建质量是有效的·
It is analyzed why one dimension discrete wavelet transform (DWT)cannot perfectly reconstruct the original signal. The reconstruction performance of two dimension DWT is discussed. A Mallat 2 D DWT algorithm is proposed to improve the performance. The compression experiment result shows that the proposed Mallat 2 D DWT algorithm is effective for compression performance of medical image.
