摘要
血管性痴呆（VD）是指脑血管病引起的脑功能障碍而产生的获得性智能损害综合征,主要发生于中风之后,约占所有老年性痴呆的40%左右.因此已列为老年病研究的重要课题.本文将近几年来中医对血管性痴呆的辨证施治及笔者体会概述如下.
