摘要
应用模具型腔的数控研磨加工技术，开发了用于模具型腔研磨加工的研磨装置此装置可直接安装于数控铣床上研磨加工平面、竖直面及空间自由曲面，为在ＮＣ铣床或加工中心上实现模具一次装夹完成铣削、磨削和研磨加工提供了工艺装备。
The study is aimed at solving the problem of the numerical-control polishing ofmould cavity. A polishing device is developed, which can be installed on NC milling tool andused to polish plane, perpendicular face and free-form surface. A new technique of milling.grinding and polishing a mould at one installation on a NC milling tool or on machining centeris provided.
