摘要
目的：正确选择胸腰椎爆裂骨折手术治疗方法,获最佳脊髓神经恢复和脊柱稳定,减少并发症.方法： 本组胸腰椎爆裂骨折前路手术36例,术前X摄片、CT检查 术后1、2、3、6个月、1年摄片及部分CT检查,观察固定和减压效果.结果： 本组病例1例发生腹膜后乳糜液漏,1例切口疝,1例气胸,2例深静脉血栓栓塞.经过积极治疗,全部治愈.结论： 胸腰段脊柱前路手术并发症的发生大多数和术者对该段解剖知识、手术操作、认识程度和经验有关,可以避免或及早发现.
