摘要
目的：探讨手法复位结合夹板固定治疗肱骨近端三部分骨折的方法.方法：自2007-2009年,运用手法复位、小夹板外固定的方法治疗Neer分型的肱骨近端三部分骨折100例.结果：所有病人随访12-36个月,平均26个月,以Neer 评分：优72例,良14例,差3例,优良率86%.结论：手法复位结合夹板固定是治疗肱骨近端三部分骨折的有效方法.
Objective： Discussion technique replacement union clamping plank fixed treatment humerus near--end three part of bone fracture methods. Methods： From 2007- 2009 year, utilization technique replacement, outside the small clamping plank the fixed method treats the Neer minute humerus near--end three part of hone fracture 100 examples. Results：All patients make a follow--up visit for 12--36 month,the average 26 months,by Neer grading ： Superior 72 examples, good 14 examples, difference 3 examples, fine rate 86 %. Conclusion： The technique replacement union clamping plank fixed is treats the humerus near--end three parts of bone fractures the effective methods.
