摘要
运动性构音障碍是由于神经病变、与言语有关的肌肉麻痹、收缩力减弱或运动不协调所致的言语障碍.构音障碍是脑卒中、脑外伤后常见的并发症,此类障碍可单独出现也可合并其他语言障碍出现.运动性构音障碍严重影响了患者的沟通和生存质量,给家庭和社会造成严重的负担,所以对于运动性构音障碍的诊断与治疗是非常重要的.
