摘要
在研究单颗粒动力学的基础上,研究了床层动力学。建立了床层动力学模型,用RungeKuta法求得数值解。实验结果表明床层中存在三个区域:已反应区(饱和区)、反应区和未反应区。在实验条件下脱硫剂利用率为76%。
The fixed bed kinetics of carbon oxysulphide sorption by Zn Mn Desulphurizer was studied. The mathematics model of fixed bed was developed and numerical solution was obtained by Runge Kutta method. From experiment result, there were three zones exhausted zone, reaction zone and unreaction zone in fixed bed reactor. Efficiency of Zn Mn desulphurizer is 76% at experiment condition.
