摘要
研究了一种适于在经济型数控机床上加工模具类零件的自动编程系统．详细论述了各模块开发中的几个关键问题．该系统直接以ＣＡＤ数据文件为输入，自动生成铣削加工的数控程序，并进行加工过程的动态模拟，从而实现了ＣＡＤ／ＣＡＭ真正意义上的集成．该系统已成功地应用于凸模的加工．
An automatic programming system for manufacturing mould components on economical kind of NC milling machine is described.Some key techniques are discussed in detail.By inputting the CAD data file directly,this system can automatically generate NC programs for milling machine and can simulate the machining process,thus the CAD and the CAM are integraded really.
