摘要
提出了核电站在强地震作用下安全停堆时间的计算方法，并根据实验结果确定了计算中所需的静态平均阻力及碰撞刚度系数．
A method to determine the safe shutdown time of nuclear power plantsunder the action of strong earthquake is put forward. The values of static average resistant force and impact stiffness coefficient used for the solution are determined based onthe results obtained from the experiments.
