摘要
企业管理咨询经济效益的评估，是企业管理咨询正在探讨的新课题，目前尚没有比较成熟的评估体系和方法。本文力求在评估体系和评估方法上进行有益的探讨。以填补企业管理咨询领域的空白，推动企业管理咨询活动的深入发展。
In the consulting service to enterprise management,much of the research is now focused on a new problem-the assessment of the service′s economic benefit.Up till now,no mature assessment system or evaluation methodology has been attained.This paper tries to probe into the problem in depth so as to fill up the blank in this research area and promote the consulting service to meet the urgent need of the rapidly growing socialist market economy.
