玻璃微球附载复合光催化剂降解有机磷农药 被引量:5

Photodegradating Organophosphorous Pesticides with TiO 2-Al 2O 3 Composite Photocatalyst Attached to Hollow Glass Microbead

摘要 研究以四异丙醇钛[Ti(iso-OC3H7)4]异丙醇铝为原料,以空心玻璃微球为载体,用溶胶-凝胶法制备可飘浮附载型TiO2·Al2O3/玻球复合光催化剂的过程,同时利用附载型复合光催化剂降解有机磷农药.结果表明:复合光催化剂TiO2和Al2O3物质量比存在最佳值,n(TiO2)/n(Al2O3)=97/3时,光催化活性最高,其活性是DegusaP-25TiO2的1.5倍,短时间内,可将低浓度有机磷农药完全降解.另外,焙烧时间和温度也是影响光催化活性的因素。 Abstract This paper studies the preparation of TiO 2·Al 2O 3 composite photocatalyst attached to the hollow glass microbeads surface by thermal decomposition and calcination of colloidal solution made from hydrolysis of titanium tetraiso propoxide [Ti(iso-OC 3H 7) 4] and triisopropyl orthoaluminate using sol-gel technique.The results show that composite photocatalyst TiO 2·Al 2O 3 ratios have the best value.A ratio of 97/3 produces a catalyst about 1.5 times more active than Degussa P-25 TiO 2.Within a short time,organophosphoros pesticides can be completely degraded into PO 4 3- .In addition,calcination temperature and thermal treatment time are also the primary factors which affect the photocatalytic activity.The phase is determined by XRD.
