摘要
文章研究了非晶态NiP-Al2O3复合材料的沉积组织与特性。指出Al2O3随着NiP的沉积而发生共沉积,形成NiP-Al2O3复合材料;认为Al2O3的加入,显著改变了NiP合金的沉积组织与特性;与非晶态NiP合金相比,NiP-Al2O3复合材料具有更高的硬度和耐磨性。
The deposited microstructure and properties of amorphous NiP Al 2O 3 composite have been researched.Al 2O 3 was codeposited with the deposition of NiP,and the composite can be fabricated.The addition of Al 2O 3 changed obviously the microstructure and deposited characteristics of NiP alloy. Compared with amorphous NiP alloy,NiP Al 2O 3 composite coatings possessed higher hardness and wear resistance.
