本文介绍声表面波技术(SAWT)在航空航天系统中的应用,叙述了声表面波技术的国内外发展状况、水平和应用情况及其使用价值。
This article introduces the usage of surface acoustics wave tech-nology (SAWT) in aerospace system and other fields. It describes the development, the level and the usage of SAWT at home and abroad. It also describes the principles, the feature and the usage value of SAW devices, SAW unit and system.
