摘要
采用PLC对钛渣电炉电极升降进行控制,实现电极电流的控制。结合实际的工艺及设备特点,从PLC硬件及软件入手,阐述了恒流控制原理及实现方式。
Quality and profits are determined by the control over the current of electrode in the refinement of titanium slag. PLC, the control system, is applied to control the up and down movement of the electrode for the final control over the current. According to the characteristics of practical processes and the equipments, the current-constant adjustment principal is described from the angle of composition of hardwares and softwares of PLC.
