摘要
捷达轿车排气管需采用蠕墨铸铁制造,对用不同蠕化剂获得铸件的组织与性能对比,找出了合理的处理工艺。采用蠕化剂成分为RE10.7%,Mg3.5%,Si41.2%时,对于壁厚为3mm的薄铸件可以稳定地获得蠕化率大于50%的铁素体蠕墨铸铁。
