将壳聚糖(CS)和聚乙烯醇(PVA)混合物涂到聚丙烯腈(PAN)底膜上,通过交联制成壳聚糖复合膜。研究了膜对乙醇/水溶液的渗透汽化性能,讨论了料液浓度、温度对膜分离性能的影响。结果表明,CS-PVA/PAN膜具有优异的渗透选择性能。当料液乙醇含量为95wt%,温度为60℃和70℃时,渗透通量分别为310g/(m2·h)和433g/(m2·h);分离因子为116和127。
The separation of ethanol water mixture by pervaporation (PV) through CS/PVA PAN membrane has been studied experimentally. The effect of feed composition, and temperature on the PV properties are discussed. The results show that both the pervaporation rate and separation factor are rather high. When ethanol content in the feed is 95 wt.%, with a pressure of 25 Pa and temperatures of 333 K and 343 K, the pervaporation flux J are 310 g/m 2·h and 433 g/m 2·h, and the separation factors are 116 and 127 respectively.
