摘要 高等职业教育是以培养高素质的技能型、实用型人才为目标.高职高专院校的实验实训室是组织实践教学、强化技能培养、实现高职人才培养目标的重要基地.临床医学是一门实践性极强的学科,实验实训教学在整个临床医学专业课程体系中占有举足轻重的地位.以人为本,围绕教学管理人员、实验实训教师、实验技术人员、学生四方面考虑,构建科学的临床医学专业实验实训教学质量评价体系,有助于教学管理部门及时、全面、准确地掌握实验实训教学信息,实现教学管理的科学化.评价的结果能在一定程度上激发被评价者的竞争意识,最大限度地发挥实验实训教师的工作潜能,调动学生自觉学习的积极性,促进良好学风形成,培养学生动手能力,全面提高学生素质.
