围绝经期激素替代治疗现状进展

摘要 围绝经期激素替代治疗,是针对围绝经期问题临床医疗措施,可以预防或治疗围绝经期出现一系列症状,目的是解决围绝经期妇科内分泌改变引发的健康问题,激素替代治疗必须规范,在有适应证无禁忌证时使用,绝经过渡期以孕激素为主,调整月经周期并预防子宫内膜增生性疾病,绝经后应以雌激素为主,治疗期间因个体状况会变化,需对适应证及禁忌证进行重新评估,调整用药方案.笔者搜集整理近年国内外关于围绝经期激素替代治疗研究结果,对妇科领域的新建议进行综述.
