摘要
深入系统考察、分析了我国科技风险投资业的发展状况以及存在的问题和原因，提出了完善我国科技风险投资体系的对策。
Venture investment industry has developed in China for over ten years. Many works have been done and there are still some questions. According to investigate analysis those problems, an integrat system will be offered.
