摘要
目的：探讨灵活的急诊模式在地震伤员的抢救中的作用.方法：针对5.12地震中伤员情况和我中心的应急救援处理结果进行分析.结果：中心共收治399例地震伤员,治愈96例（治愈率24.06%）,好转292例（73.18%）,死亡11例（死亡率2.76%）,截肢术4例（1.00%）,我中心救治地震伤员死亡率和病残率明显较低.结论：统一指挥,整合资源,科室功能及医生角色的及时变动,病人及时地转入EICU和相应的科室,保证了此次5.12地震救治的巨大成功.
Aim：To investigate the effect of flexible emergency model on the rescue of earthquake casualty. Methods： The analysis was based on the clinic materials of the May. 12 earthquake casualty together with the emergent rescue procedure and results. Results： Totally 399 patients were admitted, among which, 24.04% were cured, the improvement rate was 73.18%. The mortality（2.76%） and disability rate （1.00%） were relatively lower. Conclusion： Flexible emergency management model including unity of command, resource integration , rapid role transformation of emergency departments and doctors, timely transfer to EICU and other special departments guaranteed the great success of 5.12 rescue.
