摘要
目的：观察口服诺氟沙星联合中药熏洗治疗尿路感染的临床疗效。方法：将76例女性门诊患者随机分为2组，对照组（口服诺氟沙星）和治疗组（口服诺氟沙星加中药熏洗），并对其疗效进行评价。结果：对照组和治疗组的痊愈率分别为47．4％和68．4％（26／38），有效率分别为71．1％和92．1％，两组痊愈率及总有效率比较P〈0．05，差异有统计学意义。不良反应发生率比较P〉0．05无统计学差异。对照组26例白带清洁度恢复正常，有效率为68．4％。治疗组36例恢复正常，有效率为94．7％；经检验两组致病菌清除率差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：口服诺氟沙星联合中药熏洗治疗女性尿路感染安全有效。
Objective： To observe the effect of combining norfloxacin and traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing on urinary tract infection. Methods： Dividing the 76 female outpatient into 2 groups randomly, control group（ taking norfloxaein orally） and treatment group（taking norfloxacin combining with fumigation and washing）, then evaluated the effects. Results： the cure rate and effective rate of control group were 47. 4% and 71. 1% the cure rate and effective rate of treatment group were 68.4% and 92. 1%（ P 〈0.05）. There was no difference in adverse effect（ P 〉0.05）. In control group the cleanliness of leucorrhea routine of 26 cases （effective rate was 68.4%） became normal, meanwhile in treatment group it ＇s was 94.7 % （36 cases）. There was difference in bacterial clearance（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusions： It＇s safe and effective to treat urinary tract infection of female patients by taking norfloxacin orally and fumigation and washing with traditional Chinese medicine.
