普强（Ｕｐｊｏｈｙ）制药公司研制出一种新型化学抗菌药物———利奈唑烷，本文介绍了它的抗菌活性，药代动力学和临床研究的情况，认为本品抗菌活性与万古霉素相似，可口服与注射给药。
The Upjohy company instituted a new synthetic class of antibiotics-linezolid.The article reports its antibacterial activities,pharmacokinetics and clinical effects.It was similar to that of the antibacterial activities of vancomycin,effective in curing disease when administered orally or intravenously ,and can be a valuable drug for the treatment of infections caused by G+ bacteria.
