为了适应90年代及以后的永久性空间结构发展的需要,日本正在探讨应用于空间平台和空间服务器的通用的基础技术,即交会和对接(RVD)、入轨服务及自主操作与控制等技术。日本三菱电气公司建议研制高技术共轨平台(ATCP)和轨道服务飞行器(OSV),以便尽早着手建造并在轨道上验证上述技术。本文介绍了ATCP和OSV的任务要求、系统要求和系统设计。
In order to meet the need of development of the space infrastructure in 1990's and later, Japan is identifying and investi-gating the basic and common technologies for the space platforms and servicers. They are technologies for rendezvous and docking, in-orbit service, and autonomous operation and control. Mitsubishi Electric Corporation proposed development of Advanced Technology Coorbiting Platform (ATCP) and Orbital Servicing Vehicle (OSV) to promise early establishment and on orbit demonstration of those technologies. This paper presents the mission requirements, system re-quirements and system design concepts of the ATCP and the OSV.
