摘要
采用水热法制备Bi1.5ZnNb1.5O7(BZN)纳米粉体,传统固相法制备Bi1.5ZnNb1.5O7(α-BZN)陶瓷。研究了掺入BZN纳米粉体对α-BZN陶瓷性能的影响。结果表明:掺入BZN纳米粉体对α-BZN陶瓷的烧结温度和物相没有影响,随BZN纳米粉体掺入量的增加,α-BZN陶瓷密度下降。但掺入质量分数10%的BZN纳米粉体,在1 000℃烧结的α-BZN陶瓷样品结晶良好,呈现出更优异的介电性能:1 MHz下εr约148,tanδ小于3.365×10–4。
Bi1.5ZnNb1.5O7(BZN) nanopowder was synthesized by hydrothermal method.Bi1.5ZnNb1.5O7(α-BZN) ceramics were prepared by conventional solid phase method.The effects of doping BZN nanopowder on the properties of α-BZN ceramics were studied.The results show that there is no effect of doping nanopowder on the sintering temperature and phase of α-BZN ceramics.Therefore,with the increase of doping nanopowder,the density of α-BZN ceramics decreases.When doped with 10%(mass fraction) of BZN nanopowder,the α-BZN ceramic sample sintered at 1 000 ℃ exhibits a well-crystalline phase and more excellent dielectric properties than other sample doped with different amount of BZN nanopowder.At 1 MHz,the observed properties of this sample,εr is about 148 and tanδ value is less than 3.365×10^–4.
