摘要
近年来,津巴布韦粮食生产出现较大滑坡,国内粮食安全出现严重危机。究其根源,在经济危机背景下,政府宏观调控不力、生产投入不足、不利的自然条件是津巴布韦粮食生产下滑的主要原因。同时,粮食生产效益低、农业从业者素质下降、社会化服务缺位等因素同样不容忽视。结合津巴布韦当前农业生产实际,该国宜加强粮食基础产业的地位,扩大农业灌溉面积,提高社会化服务水平,提高耕地的基础产出能力,提高粮食生产科技水平,以实现粮食生产可持续发展。
In recent years,food production in Zimbabwe has fallen sharply,causing sever crisis in its domestic food security. The main reasons for this lie in the weak macro-management of the government during economic crisis,insufficient input into food production,and unfavorable natural conditions. Meanwhile,low food production results,low quality of the farmers,and lack of socialized services,among others,also account for the falling food production. Given the real situations in Zimbabwean agriculture,to realize the sustainable development of food production,Zimbabwe should stress the status of food production as a basic sector,enlarge acreage of irrigation agriculture,promote the level of socialized services,increase the basic producing capacity of farmlands,and enhance scientific and technological abilities in food production.
