美国航天委员会在对NASP计划的日程和内容进行评审后,已把是否建造两架X-30的决策日期推延到1993年。要做出这样的决策,就必须对技术的完备性做出可核实的工程评定。本文介绍了与NASP的可行性评定有关的基本问题和方法。
Those deciding whether to build two X-30 vehicles want a verifi-able engineering appraisal of technology readiness. After reviewing the program schedule and content, the US National Space Council has slipped the decision date about 2.5 years, or to 1993. This article in-troduces basic problems and solutions concerning the feasibility as-sessment of NASP program.
