摘要
立足于河北省民营企业,对河北省民营企业员工生涯管理的现状进行了调查研究,分析了民营企业员工生涯管理的特点,以期为河北省民营企业提高员工生涯管理水平提供借鉴和参考。
Basing on the private enterprises in Hebei province,this article investigated and researched the current situation of employees＇ career management and analyzed the traits of employees＇ career management in the private enterprises in Hebei province,which is expected to be the reference for the private enterprises to promote the level of employees＇ career management.
