食用菜油及其冷凝油的气相色谱分析

摘要 目的:建立食用菜油及其冷凝油的毛细管气相色谱分析方法,以利于食品检验和毒理学研究。方法:采用GC1102型气相色谱仪,二阶程序升温,SE54毛细色谱柱分析菜油、冷凝油及放置不同时间、不同温度加热的菜油;以数据处理机处理数据,给出各组分的百分含量。结果:样品中几十个结构与含量均差异较大的组分在选定条件下实现了分离;四次平行测定结果:峰1:x1=0.763,s1=0.011,CV1=1.385%;峰2:x2=16.154,s2=0.084,CV2=0.520%,且随着加热温度的升高和放置时间的延长,菜油的分解产物增多。结论:本方法分离效果好。 Objective:To establish a method of capillary gas chromatographic analysis for toxicologic study of rapeseed oil and its condensate.Methods:A gas chromatography instrument(1102 type),a capillary column with SE 54,a second degree heated program were used.Rapeseed oil,oil condensate,oil preserved for different time and under different temperature were used for examination.An integrator was used for analysis data to show the percentage of every ingredient.Results:On analysis,the samples differed greater in quality and quantity of their ingredient were selected for parallel examination:peak one x 1=0.763, s 1=0.011, CV 1=1.385%;peak two x 2=16.154, s 2=0.084, CV 2=0.520%.The higher the temperature the oil was heated and the longer time the oil stored,the more the oil decomposed.Conclusions:This method is simple and reliable for identifing rapeseed oil and testing the toxicity of its condensate.
