摘要
用亚硝酸盐法和原子吸收法分别测定了食管上皮细胞正常、轻度增生、重度增生人群及食管癌患者的血清CuZnSOD水平及参与其活性中心构成的Cu的含量。结果显示:随食管上皮病变的进展,血清CuZnSOD及Cu含量均逐渐增加,表明食管癌发病过程中伴有抗氧化能力的代偿性增加。血清CuZnSOD与Cu含量之间亦均呈现一定的正相关性。
Both the contents of sera copper-and zinc-containing superoxide dismutase (CuZnSOD)and its co-metal Cu in the patients with esophageal carcinoma (EC) and different precancerous subjects including normal epithelia,mild hyperplasia and severe hyperplasia were assayed by nitrite method an AAS.respectively.The results showed that the contents of both CuZnSOD and Cu increased significantly with the development of epitherlial lesions,which suggested that the carcinogensis of EC was accompanied by the increase of antioxidant capacity.The sera contents of CuZnSOD in the mentioned above were positively correlated with the contents of Cu,which indicated that the sera CuZnSOD might be one of the effective index for Cu nutrition.
