摘要
用D-半乳糖造成小鼠免疫失衡和氧化损伤,研究纳米硒的保护作用。研究结果表明纳米硒不但可以降低由于连续注射D-半乳糖引起的小鼠体内自由基的升高,而且可以抑制由于连续注射D-半乳糖引起的小鼠免疫功能的失衡。
In this study,the experimental model of unbalanced immune functions and oxidative damage in mice induced by D-galactose was used to observe the protection of nanometre particulate selenium.Results showed that nanometre-particulate selenium could not only recover the unbalanced immune functions but also protect oxidative damage in mice induced by continued injection of D galatose.It indicated that nanometre particulate selenium has better bioutility and bioeffect
