摘要
采煤工作面上隅角容易发生瓦斯积聚或瞬间瓦斯超限,严重影响矿井的安全生产。通过对采煤工作面回风流瓦斯组成分析和上隅角瓦斯积聚成因的归纳,提出了综合治理上隅角瓦斯的方法。试验表明,采用风障法导风、均衡生产、合理配风与瓦斯抽放等综合治理措施治理上隅角瓦斯超限,其效果显著。
Gas accumulation and instantaneous gas exceeding the limit easily happens in upper corner on coal mining working face,which influences the safety production of the coal mine seriously.Through the analysis of gas composition in return air on workin face,and the conclusion of reason for gas accumulation in the upper corner,it elaborated comprehensive control method for gas in upper corner.Experiments proved that,above comprehensive control methods combined with air brattice,balanced production and reasonable airflow allocation,can solve gas exceeding the limit problems effectively.
