摘要
目的探讨胃癌根治术中避免损伤迷走神经的可能性。方法选择成人上腹部标本５具，采用剥离法暴露标本迷走神经的前、后干及其分支进行观察。结果肝支为单支者３例，双支及网状型者各１例。腹腔支远离胃左动脉者４例，紧贴胃左动脉者１例。结论胃癌根治手术中保留肝支是完全可能的，腹腔支远离胃左动脉者也可保留。
Objective\ Study the possibility to avoid the destruction of vagus nerve in radical gastrectomy.Methods\ 5 cadavers were selected.There epigastria were used for the study.The divisions and branches of the anterior and posterior vagal trunk were dissected and mapped in detail.Results\ 3 specimens of the hepatic divisions were found to be 1 in number,One specimen was duplicated,another one was found to be network.In 4 specimens,the celiac divisions were found away from the arteria gastrica sinistra,the other one was found closely to this artery.Conclusion\ It is possible to reserve the hepatic division and celiac division away from the arteria gastrica sinistra.Further study has to be made in reserving the celiac division closely to the arteria gastrica sinistra.
