基于离散元的下山围岩稳定性锚注支护效果分析

摘要 某矿所采煤层直接顶为砂质泥岩,直接底为炭质泥岩,直接顶底板强度很低,为极不稳定岩层,严重影响巷道安全施工和正常使用。运用离散单元法探讨了锚杆支护和锚注支护围岩的作用机理,通过离散元软件UDEC对这2种支护方式进行数值模拟,深入系统地研究了锚杆支护和锚注加固后围岩的力学特征、位移特征和破坏特征,对比分析了锚杆支护和锚注加固对下山围岩稳定性的影响,从而为下山围岩的合理支护提供了参考依据。 The immediate roof of mining coal seam in some coal mine is sandy mudstone,and the immediate floor is carbonaceous mudstone.The strength of immediate roof and floor is very low,is extremely unstable rock layer,which influences construction safety and normal use seriously.The author discussed supporting function mechanism of blot supporting and bolt-grouting supporting,and used discrete element software—UDEC to simulate above two supporting methods numerically.The mechanical characteristics and displacement characteristics,damage characteristics of surrounding rock were studied deeply and systematically.It also analysed the influences of blot supporting and bolt-grouting supporting method to the stability of surrounding rock,which provide reference to rational supporting methods of downward surrounding rock.
