摘要
对于软岩巷道,要找准围岩强度变低的根源,从而采取相应的支护措施以保证巷道的支护效果。通过对格目底矿地质条件的详细分析,找出了巷道围岩变形和破坏的原因,并对水软化围岩的机理作了详细说明,提出了有效的防水措施,采取锚网喷加锚索联合支护加固围岩。高预应力的锚杆和锚索组合体系可以有效地控制巷道围岩的变形,避免了水对围岩的破坏。现场实际应用效果较好,满足了煤矿的生产需要。
It is important to determine its origin of strength becoming low to surrounding rock in soft rock roadway,corresponding measures can be made to guarantee the support effect of roadway.Based on the detailed analysis of geological conditions of Gemudi Coal Mine,the causes of the deformation and failure of surrounding rock were identified,and the mechanism of water softening surrounding rock was introduced in detail.Several effective measures of waterproof were proposed,combined supporting of bolting and shotcreting with wire mesh and anchor cable were adopted to reinforce the surrounding rock.Using the high strength anchor combined with bolting system,the roadway deformation was controlled effectively,and the destruction of surrounding rock by water was avoided.The effects in actual scene was better,and met the demands of mine′s production.
