摘要
目的探讨甲状腺疾病围手术期糖尿病的影响及处理。方法对１９例合并糖尿病的甲状腺疾病手术病人的术前、后血糖和尿糖值，糖尿病的治疗结果进行分析。结果１９例病人空腹血糖由入院时的（１３０±２６８）ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ降至手术前的（６７４±１６３）ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ及手术后的（７２１±１９０）ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ；尿糖由入院时平均阳性（＋）降至手术前全部阴性及手术后全部阴性，所有病人术后均恢复良好，无一例发生糖尿病所致的并发症。结论将血糖。
Objective\ To discuss the effect and management of diabetes mellitus in
perioperative period of thyroid diseases.Methods\ To analyze the values of the fast blood
glucose and urine glucose in perioperative period and therapeutic results of 19 diabetic
patients who received thyroid operations.Results\ The fast blood glucose of 19 cases
decreased from(13 0±2 68)mmol/L in the admitting to (6 74±1 63)mmol/L and (7 21±1
90)mmol/L in the preoperation and postoperation respectively.Urine glucose turned over from
positive to negative in all the cases.Patients well recovered and had no complication caused by
diabetes mellitus.Conclusion\ It is very important to control fast blood glucose and urine
glucose to the normal level for the patients with thyroid diseases and diabetes mellitus in the
periopetrative period.
