摘要
介绍了高硫高灰煤在焦炉炼焦中的应用情况。选择合适的高硫高灰煤进行洗选,通过配煤试验,确定合适的焦炉入炉煤配比,用于焦炉的炼焦生产。实践表明:科学合理的配比高硫高灰煤,在保证焦炭质量的前提下,可大大降低入炉煤的成本,拓展了焦炉炼焦配煤的煤种选择。
This paper introduces the application of coal with high sulfur and high ash in coke-making.Choosing appropriate coal with high sulfur coal ash to wash and then determining appropriate proportion of charging coal through blending test.Practice shows that under the precondition of good coke quality,the scientific and reasonable matching can greatly reduce the cost of charging coal and enhance the selectivity of coal.
