摘要
目的:探讨枸杞、自由基和细胞凋亡以及运动能力之间的关系,旨在为运动训练提供一个有效的辅助手段,为中药在运动训练和健身中的广泛而深入的应用提供依据。方法:选用82只SD大鼠随机等分为对照组(安静,安静力竭,训练,训练力竭)和药物组(安静,安静力竭,训练,训练力竭),采用递增负荷游泳运动。测凋亡蛋白用免疫组织化学方法,显示肾脏组织中凋亡蛋白Bcl-2和Bax的分布和表达特点,用计算机图像采集与分析技术,显示各组大鼠肾脏Bcl-2和Bax表达的变化。血浆AngⅡ活性变化:将训练与未经过训练的各组大鼠血浆AngⅡ活性进行对比。T1组分别低于C1、M1组,且P<0.05;T2组低于C2、M2组,且P<0.01;服药与未服药物的各组大鼠血浆AngⅡ活性之间的对比。M2组低于C2组,且P<0.01;M1组相对C1、T1组有下降趋势,且P>0.05。结论:枸杞、运动使肾脏的抗氧化、抗自由基能力明显增强,枸杞主要通过降低Bax蛋白表达的机制来解除其对抗Bcl-2蛋白抑制凋亡的作用,运动训练和枸杞可以通过调节Bcl-2/Bax比值来抑制细胞凋亡,提高运动能力。运动训练和灌胃枸杞均能降低大鼠在安静状态、力竭即刻状态血浆AngⅡ含量;运动训练和灌胃枸杞均能提高大鼠的运动能力;运动训练及灌胃枸杞都能较好地降低大鼠在安静状态、力竭即刻状态血浆AngⅡ含量。
Objeetive: The author discusses the relation between the lycium barbarum and apoptosis,among the lycium barbarum,free radical and exercise capability.Furthermore,it provided an effective auxiliary method to strengthen exercise capability and an evidence to adopt Chinese medicine widely in the training and physical exercising.Method: 44 healthy 8-week-old female SD rats which weighed 220±23.19g each were divided into eight teams of CONTROL and MADICINE-TAKEN randomly.They were trained to take incremental swimming.The location and expression feature of apoptosis protein Bcl-2 and Bax were showed with immunohistochemistry.Finally,Bcl-2 and Bax in the rats' kidneys were analyzed with the computer image collection and analysis technology to demonstrate the variety of Bcl-2 and Bax protein expression in different teams.Conclusion:Taking Lycium barbarum and training enhances the kidney's capacity of anti-oxidation and anti-free radical.The lycium barbarum relieves whose antagonism Bcl-2 coming the mechanism expressing mainly by reducing the apoptosis protein bax restrain the body's cell apoptosis much more obviously.Furthermore,taking training and lycium barbarum can restrain cell apoptosis and enhance the exercise capability by adjust the ratio of Bcl-2 and Bax.Sports training can reduce the rats fed Lycium barbarum in silence,exhausted state of the plasma Ang Ⅱ levels instantly;exercise training and lycium barbarum could improve exercise capacity in rats;sports training could be used to reduce lycium barbarum feed rats in the resting state,immediately exhausted state levels of plasma Ang Ⅱ.
