摘要
泰安市中心医院坚持用邓小平理论指导医院改革工作,探索具有中国特色的医院管理模式,在理顺领导体制、改革管理体制、改革运行机制、适应市场经济四个方面进行了实践,走出了一条深化改革、从严治院、抓住机遇、促进发展的新路子。
Doing better in improving health care services require inter - departmental and multi - tiered joint efforts: strengthen intra - and inter - hospital institutional liaisons which guide health services networks in ways of promoting multidisciplinary partnership and cooperation in healthcare, training and research; unite all the health professionals, whether they are veterans or raw recruits, general practitioners or specialists, practise traditional ot Western medicine, for them to contribute appropriately and optimally in broad spectrum of hospital services; provide better and better cart through assessing and spreading excellence, for clients to have the confidence of knowing that the best will be the norm wherever they live; evaluate traditional, new, and freshly emerging treatments, technologies and drugs, with use of curative effects, efficiency values, cost comparisons and quality assessments not just as management jargons but also, more practically, as effective tools for increasing knowledges and wisdoms about what is best in what circumstances; for and with progresses in market - oriented economy, recruit and retain excellent professionals fit and able to succeed in the 21st century' s health services productive forces, through more practical and tangible signs of how we value them than merely saying to them what a good job they do in providing and developing health services.
